Warranty

Rubberflooring4U.com warrants to the first purchaser for use that its merchandise is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of FIVE (5) years from the date of purchase provided that such merchandise is listed in the Rubber flooring4u.com's current product offering at the time of the claim and such defects are not the result of ordinary wear and tear or an Act of God. Rubber flooring 4 u’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at its option, and such repair or replacement shall be the only remedy. Rubberflooring4u.com is not responsible for damage due to transportation, improper handling, alteration, abuse or negligence.

Rubberflooring4U.com shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, any expenses associated with the removal or installation of any defective merchandise covered by this warranty.

Rubber underlayment warranty is null and void if product is stored for more than 45 days or stored / installed in an improper environment where temperature and humidity are not controlled.

Due to mixing process variations in shades of color could be noticed. We offer no guarantee on color matches on repeat orders. Also as the manufacturer changes so does the process on cutting tiles. We offer no guarantee that fitment matches on repeat orders.
